Bio

Dr. Constantine received his Ph.D. in Education, Childhood Language Arts and Reading with a Cognate in Mental Health Counseling and M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Florida (USF). He teaches coursework in fluency disorders, counseling, speech science, and research methods. His clinical and research interests include child language, selective mutism, fluency disorders, and cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT). He is a former Florida State Coordinator for the Selective Mutism Association (SMA) and Director of the USF Skills for Regulating Fluency and Stuttering (SRFS) intensive summer program. At present, Dr. Constantine serves as the KY State Coordinator for the Selective Mutism Association and he is a Research Fellow at the Bluegrass Center for Teacher Quality.
